Elizabeth Plaza – Facade render repairs and painting

Major render repairs were required on this building due predominantly to poorly rendered slab bands, after removing all drummy materials we then installed functional expansion joints to prevent further render delamination. All repairs were then painted to colour match the facade.

NAB House – Painting

The majority of this building was painted using the existing BMU

IRT Access were employed to access the difficult lower sections of each column where conventional access was not cost effective. We also polished the columns to remove the oxidized white residue left by the old coatings.

Ernst & Young Building – Paint Rectification

Latitude is part of the World Square complex and stands at 222m to the top of the spire. In 2015 IRT Access did extensive preparation, repair and painting to the Spire

IRT Access performed all repairs to a very high specification using a high build two-pack coating system – We also provided an accurate photographic survey of the structure for future reference.

ELIZABETH BAY – Louvre Screen replacement

This project involved removing nearly 100 louvre screens from the front facade of a prominent residential building in Elizabeth Bay.

After the removal of all existing screens, all existing fixings were removed (no easy task) and replaced with stainless steel components, some remedial repair work and painting was also carried out prior to the installation of new screens.

Specialised techniques including cross hauling and tensioned lines were utilised to reach some of the difficult overhanging sections.

ANZ STADIUM – Paint Rectification

During construction, many areas of the structure sustained damage as the steel was erected.

IRT Access performed all repairs to a very high specification using a high build two-pack coating system. All repairs were recorded and photographed to provide an accurate map for warranty purposes.

50 PITT ST – Facade Painting

After performing minor concrete repairs and sealing work, the entire building was pressure washed during night shifts. W had a hoarding installed to protect the public below and used individual catch nets suspended against the facade to catch any stray drops of paint.

We then painted the entire facade using two different colours to give the building a much needed face lift.

48 ALFRED ST – Painting

The majority of this building was painted using swing stages.

IRT Access were employed to access the difficult sections and installed anchors to gain access to the overhung areas to complete the project.
